Gladstone
Lyndale's Intra-School House Competiton encourages students to participate in activities which award points for each of the four houses. Activities range across sport, the arts, academics and the environment. Shields in each category are awarded at a presentation ceremony at the end of the year along with the House Cup.
HISTORY
Houses were re-introduced to Lyndale in 2005 in order to promote a competitive culture among students in intra-school sporting activities.
In 2008, the four houses were officially named by the House Captains of that year.
Gladstone is named after Gladstone Road, the main road that forms the eastern boundary and front of Lyndale Secondary College.
In 2009 the House competition expanded to include other major areas of school life to increase student participation in extra-curricular activities, and to reward students' engagements and successes in these activities.
The four student captains of Gladstone are:
Year 12 - Hannah Wicke and Tharidu Kaluarachchi


Year 9 - Zorica Kuljanin and Aban Papiti
